Be honest: Do you really think that eating one meal daily is good?

How do you feel when you wake up and starve for the entire day? I don't recommend any diets as you know because I want you to do what makes you feel happy and healthy. Include foods that you enjoy.


Stress can increase when you starve and you can also create hormonal concerns and imbalances. Balanced meals like the one below can provide you with better overall energy.





Eating often helps your body to regulate it's energy more effectively. You will feel and function better. Less mood swings and negative reactions to situations. Eat to reach your health goals! Without food, we can't survive.
