How quickly do you eat? Did you know that your eating habits and pace at which you eat. This is usually neglected, but it's a habit that needs to be developed. There are so many incredible benefits to eating slowly:

2) Fewer calorie intake based on fullness

Lacking knowledge is the major issue. Weight can be drastically shifted because of your eating pattern. It's not about dieting or restricting. Most times, chronic illness is caused by lacking nutrients and balance.


Eating slowly has so many benefits, but because we rush our eating, it can lead to other chronic illness:

- increased cravings

- increased body fat
