Unpopular opinion: You can balance food with noodles, rice, potato and other carbs.


Cutting out food is not necessary. Balance is important. Not removing foods from your plate. Add more.

Potato salad with vegetable rice would count to the carbs, the baked meat is the protein, the tomato choka and pumpkin with cucumber will count towards the vegetables.


Once you learn about balance, you'll enjoy all that food has to offer. You can include a little of everything and just ensure you get your protein, carbs and fats with dietary fibre from your vegetables.
