Bell peppers are vegetables not fruits!


A new recipe is coming soon. I was posting about my massive bell pepper. Someone commented that it was a fruit. There are so many misconceptions between fruits and vegetables, but bell peppers are high in dietary fibre, vitamins and minerals. It's in the vegetable category.


It's a great source of vitamin C and can be included in these ways:


1) cook into carbs e.g. rice, potato, corn etc.


2) blend in smoothies


3) Steam vegetables


It's definitely one of my favourite vegetables! New recipe is out!
