3 ways to be happy and healthy!


First of all, I want you to understand that ALL foods fit. You thinking that you can't eat foods form the abundance of food groups that we have is a massive misconception. It leads to depression when you think that you have to limit yourself.


Secondly, I want to encourage you to start your day with water and a nutritious and delicious treat! If you don't want to have a heavy breakfast, you can snack! Skipping is not an option. It leads to excessive cravings, overeating and unhappiness. When you eat, you feel happy eating what you enjoy.


Third and last tip is to laugh and smile as often as you can. Laughter boosts your happy hormones!
