Be honest, do you eat breakfast? It's a different type of happiness when you include breakfast in your life.

You DON'T have to EAT an entire meal for breakfast! Just start with a snack if you want! I usually have my granola with a fruit like banana OR my peanut butter chocolate oat cookie. Any one of my healthy snacks work as my breakfast. It's sooooooooooo good! You have to try it!
The main reasons I would give this advice is because it helps to:
- Kick start your metabolism by eating
- Improve your mood, energy and concentration
- Reduce your chance of becoming overweight or being diagnosed with diabetes
