Personal feelings towards stress management and the impact on health.

Stress has such a major impact on our health. I think that the impact is so much stronger than you think! Stress is called a silent killer for a reason. It's mainly because it causes your body to malfunction. It's not on purpose, but more of a self defense response.

Stress can lead to the chronic diseases that plaque us e.g. diabetes, high blood pressure to name a few.

Movies are easy ways to take away your mind from anything that is happening during the day. You sometimes can get taken away in a movie. If you need something deeper, taking a beach drive is always an option.

Once you laugh or feel better in terms of your energy and mood, you're definitely on a better path to ending the day stress free!
