1) Stop listening to sources that are not credible. The purpose of a degree, internship and masters in the nutrition helps me to be more knowledgeable in the field of study. Experience then increases that knowledge and application of the information to your specific situation is where you can win with your health.


2) Stop telling yourself that there are bad foods and you can't eat a slice of cake for example! This mindset throws you off and you then over-consume the foods that you love, but that you think are "bad" foods.
