We ALL underestimate the importance of it. The recommended vitamin D can come from our nutrition, but more so from the sunlight.

Foods high in vitamin D:

  • fish

  • egg

  • cheese

The best and highest form of vitamin D is from the sunlight. You can head out for about 10 minutes anywhere between the hours of 10-2pm. Your skin needs to be touched by the sunlight. You can add some sunscreen for protection if you prefer.
