The truth is that your input of calories and balance is more important than anything else.
Most of my clients, if not all, DON'T rely on exercise to reach their health goals. It's more about learning how to eat and re-arrange calories to suit health goals based on likes, dislikes and personal preferences.
What can you do?!
Think about it, if you exercise and burn 500kcals in 1-2 hours, but you're eating 2500kcals when your recommended is 2000kcals, you'll maintain your weight. Sometimes we over-consume because we think that we're burning lots of calories, but in reality, we have no clue what we're putting in and taking out.
