I include ginger in many different ways, usually with tea. How do you include ginger? The truth is ginger is widely used for it's benefits with the following:
1) Helps to reduce stomach pain, nausea and vomiting.
2) May help with weight loss.
3) Good source of antioxidants.
Honestly a tiny amount goes a very long way. It is a strong root. It is used for it's many beneficial properties. My belief is that whatever works for you works for you! If you don't like it, don't use it. If there is a way to include it where you enjoy it, include it! It's really that simple.
I include it in tea, but also another sneaky way is with seasonings. Blending it in your green seasoning!
