This was an easy and simple sandwich I wanted to try when I was preparing a live show.
The benefit is including a healthier balance to your sandwich! In this way, you get a healthy fruit. Let's say you had a busy day and it was hard to include a fruit, then you can include it in a sandwich as an easy snack, breakfast or even dinner option. I would say this because dinner should be the lightest meal if it is the last meal before bed.

Ingredients:
1/2 banana
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 tbsp. peanut butter
Method:
On a slice of whole wheat bread, spread the peanut butter. Slice the banana and place them on the bread. You can toast the bread before if you like that texure.
