Didi's Oat Pizza

It's time for another EASY recipe!

It's more than delicious! It's based on using the best ingredients for a low calorie meal. This pizza is great for weight management.

Recently this was a recipe I did for a client from my Perfect Portions with Didi programs.

Chicken breast benefits:

> lean, less fatty meat

> good protein source

> has a high amount of iron, zinc, vitamin B, D

Mixed vegetable benefits:

> can increase metabolism

> high dietary fibre

> keeps you full for longer

> heart healthy

Spinach benefits:

> High dietary fibre

> Rich in vitamins and minerals

> Good source of iron

Mozzarella cheese benefits:

> lower saturated fat

> Good source of protein

> Good for bone health

Oat flour benefits:

> Helps to lower bad cholesterol

> High dietary fibre


  • 1/4 cup vegetables

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1-2 oz cheese

  • 1-2 oz chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup oat flour and flaxseed

  • seasonings (oregano, basil, parsley, onion, garlic, chive, pimento, and any seasoning you like)


1) Steam chicken until cooked with come seasonings.

2) Steam frozen vegetables with some seasonings.

3) Wash spinach leaves.

4) Add oat flour and flaxseed to the mixture with water and add some seasonings. Mix in chicken strips to dough. Form either a circle with the dough or a triangle. Grill on both sides with some oil in a non-stick frying pan.

5) Slice low fat cheese, mix with steamed vegetables and top on pizza slice. Leave in non stick frying pan until cheese melts.
