Oat Vegetarian Pizza

Ready for another super easy pizza recipe?! I used pure oat flour and my mixed seasoning. It turned out better than expected! It was so delicious! You MUST try it.

Had this for lunch, but you can enjoy a slice for dinner OR make a larger pizza for your friends or family to share!

Oat benefits:

> can lower saturated fats

> high dietary fibre

> keeps you full for longer

> heart healthy

Vegetable benefits:

> antioxidant properties

> helps with blood pressure management

> Can raise HDL (good cholesterol)

  • 1 tbsp. Didi's Seasoning Mix

  • 1/2 cup vegetable mix (your fav. e.g. bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, tomato)

  • 2 oz. vegetarian cheese

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/4 cup water (or more)

  • optional 1 tsp. canola oil/spray!

Step1: Mix 2 tsp. seasoning mix with the oat flour and add water. In a non-stick, you can add optional 1 tsp. canola oil or spray! Throw mixture in and you can either make a circle shape OR triangle slice. Cook this on a low flame.

Step 2: Grate cheese. It's easy to use frozen pre-chopped vegetables and microwave, OR freshly sliced and washed bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, tomato (any favourites).

Step 3: Within 2-3 minutes, flip the oat batter and add the toppings. Cover and take off heat. Allow cheese to melt over. Enjoy when cool!
