Curry Tofu with rice and vegetables

To all my vegetarian, vegan lovers, this recipe is for you. It's curry tofu. Super delicious recipe. I think curry makes everything super yummy.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup tofu

  • 1-2 tbsp. curry powder

  • 1/4 cup rice

  • 1/2 cup pak choi

  • 2-4 tbsp. carrots

  • 1 oz. cheese

  • 1-2 tbsp. pepper sauce

  • 1 pimento

  • 1/4 onion

  • 1 garlic clove/1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp. cilantro

  • sprinkle salt or black pepper (optional)




Method:

1) Cook curry in water with seasonings. Slice washed and dried tofu.

2) Prepare the vegetables. Steam separately with seasoning.

3) Boil rice and add to tofu with pak choi. Sprinkle all seasonings on top.

4) Cook for 5 minutes together. Enjoy when cool.
