1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup water
Blend oats. Mix all ingredients together. Roll everything in a ball and then flatten and roll out using a belna.
In a non-stick pan, on low heat, add a little oil (optional) and cook on both sides. Enjoy when cooled. I had it with peanut butter! It was delicious!
