Homemade Sada Roti with a twist

This is a super easy recipe that can add to your wellness.





Oat benefits:

> can lower saturated fats

> high dietary fibre

> keeps you full for longer

> heart healthy





















Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup oat flour (blended oats)

  • 1/4 cup whole wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup white flour

  • 1 tsp. yeast


Method:

Combine all ingredients and mix in with some warm water. Knead gently and use extra flour to form a ball. Cover with a dam cloth and leave to swell for about 30 minutes. Slice into 2 and roll out with a rolling pin. Heat your tawa and cook roti on both sides. If it doesn't swell you can gently heat over the fire as shown in the video above. Enjoy with some cooked vegetable!
