Healthy Cheese Sandwich


Have you ever thought that you can use cheese to create a balanced meal? This is a light dinner idea. The aim is to provide nutritious and delicious, light dinner.

Whole wheat bread benefits:

> high dietary fibre

> fulling

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz low fat cheese

  • 1 whole wheat hops

  • 1 cup vegetables (kale, bell peppers, tomato)























Method:

Slice bread in half. Wash and slice vegetables. Cut 1 oz. cheese and layer sandwich with cheese and add on vegetables to top.
