Green plum Chow

Getting in your fruits daily can be challenging sometimes. You want to make it fun and include it in a creative way!

  • 20 plums

  • 3 cilantro leaves

  • 1 tsp. black pepper

  • 1 whole pepper (or 1 tbsp. pepper sauce)

  • 1 garlic

  • sprinkle salt (minimal)


Wash and slice down the center of each plum. Blend seasoning, mix it all together and enjoy!
