Banana peanut butter sandwiches


Who doesn't like an easy snack? This is only if you like peanut butter and banana. These are mini fun combinations.




Peanut butter:

> Good source of fats

> Helps to reduce bad cholesterol

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tbsp. peanut butter




Method:

Slice the banana into small circles. Put some peanut butter on one side of a slice and add it to another slice of banana. You can use a toothpick to keep them together. Enjoy as a snack.


Serving size: 4 sandwiches
