Egg Oat Pie

Here is what I would do to make this recipe more nutritious and delicious! It really is the slightest changes that make a drastic difference in your wellness.

Oat benefits:

> can lower saturated fats

> high dietary fibre

> keeps you full for longer

> heart healthy

Vegetable benefits:

> high dietary fibre

> contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects

> can relieve digestive discomfort


  • 4 egg whites

  • 1 cup oat flour

  • 1 cup mixed vegetables or favourite vegetables

  • 1/2 cup low fat or vegetarian cheese

  • 1 tbsp. mixed seasoning (basil, parsley, onion, garlic)


1) Wash and slice favourite vegetables (your can choose e.g. mixed vegetables OR tomatoes, broccoli, carrots etc.)

2) Grate cheese.

3) Add oat flour to egg whites and add seasoning. Mix in 1/2 cheese. In a non-stick frying pan, cook on both sides. Slice and enjoy when cool.
