Easy pumpkin fritter


This can be a super delicious and easy dinner recipe.


If you don't like pumpkin, you can use carrots or any other vegetable you enjoy, but the cheese makes it super delicious.

Pumpkin benefits:

> contains antioxidants with anti-inflammatory effects

> can relieve digestive discomfort
















Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oat flour

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin

  • 1/4 cup low fat or vegetarian cheese

  • 1 tbsp. mixed seasoning (basil, parsley, onion, garlic)


Method:

1) Wash and slice pumpkin into small chunks. Boil until soft. Blend.

2) Grate cheese.

3) Add oat flour to cooked pumpkin and add seasoning. Mix in cheese. Make small circles and in a non-stick frying pan, grill on both sides. Enjoy when cool.
