Curry Chicken, potato and spinach leaves

Here's another one pot easy dish for you to try!

I love one pot dishes because everything can be cooked together.

Chicken Breast benefits

  • 1 medium potato

  • 2 oz. chicken breast

  • 1 small tomato

  • 1 cup spinach leaves

  • 1 tbsp. curry, 1 tsp. geera, 1 tsp. massala

  • sprinkle onion, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley to season with chive and pimento

  • optional: pepper sauce


Boil washed cubed potato. Cook mixed curry with geera and massala with water until dry. Wash and slice chicken breast into small chunks with seasoning. Add sliced tomatoes to chicken breast chunks and cook down with the curry. Add a little more water. Stir for about 5-10 minutes and then add the potato and spinach leaves. Cook. Enjoy when cool with optional pepper sauce.
