Chicken Pasta

This is an easy, low fat balanced recipe. It's a one pot easy dish.

  • 1 oz. mozzarella cheese

  • 1.5 oz. whole wheat pasta

  • 1-2 oz. chicken breast

  • 1 medium tomato

  • 1/4 cup bell peppers

  • 1/4 cup diced carrots

  • 1/4 cup sliced broccoli

  • 2 lettuce leaves

  • 2 tbsp. chive

  • sprinkle onion, garlic, oregano, basil and parsley to season


Boil macaroni with sliced chunks of chicken breast and seasoning. Wait until semi-cooked (5-10 minutes) and then add in the rest of ingredients. Steam until dry and enjoy when cooled.
