Bake Mix


This is a fantastic mix which is rich in flour.


Oat benefits:

> can lower saturated fats

> high dietary fibre

> keeps you full for longer

> heart healthy



















Honey benefits:

> sugar substitute

> doesn't spike blood sugars

> can help with digestive issues

> antioxidants
























Ingredients:

  • 1 bake mix (order from Didi)

  • 1/8 cup honey

  • 1/4 cup milk (almond or any preference)

  • 1/8 cup oil

  • optional: 2 cups grated coconut and sprinkle salt

  • 3/4 cups water

Method:

  1. Make a space in the flour mixture and add milk, honey, oil, water and mix.

  2. Add grated coconut and form a soft dough.

  3. Leave to sit for about 20 minutes.

  4. Roll dough out and place on non-stick baking sheet.

  5. Pierce lightly with a fork.

  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
