This is a fantastic mix which is rich in flour.

Ingredients:
1 bake mix (order from Didi)
1/8 cup honey
1/4 cup milk (almond or any preference)
1/8 cup oil
optional: 2 cups grated coconut and sprinkle salt
3/4 cups water
Method:
Make a space in the flour mixture and add milk, honey, oil, water and mix.
Add grated coconut and form a soft dough.
Leave to sit for about 20 minutes.
Roll dough out and place on non-stick baking sheet.
Pierce lightly with a fork.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
