Banana Oat Smoothie

This is a nutrient packed smoothie! I enjoy it for breakfast, but you can have it as a snack option also!


This is a lovely recipe for you to get something in that is simple, quick and easy! Once you're busy, it's hard to keep up with healthy options and think of what to prepare. Try this smoothie and it would keep you full and satisfied!





Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. oats

  • 1 banana

  • 2 tsp. honey

  • sprinkle cinnamon

  • 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • 1/4-1/2 cup low fat milk







Method:

Blend all ingredients and drink slowly. Enjoy your meal.
