This is another simple, quick and easy recipe! The aim is to prevent you from going towards unhealthy snack and meals by spending less time in the kitchen, but still preparing something delicious, nutritious and fulling!
It's so simple to make and is balanced with some vegetables, fruit and grilled chicken.
4 baby tomatoes
1 tbsp. herbs
1 slice pineapple
half bell pepper
half chicken breast
Slice up and remove visible fat and skin. Slice into small pieces. Steam with some water and herbs. Wash and slice bell peppers, add it to the chicken.
Slice and wash pineapple, cucumber with skin, and leave tomatoes whole (optional). Place all ingredients into a bowl. Enjoy together.
