Personal feelings towards intermittent fasting.


Honestly, as a Chronic Disease Specialist, my focus is using healthy habits and lifestyle changes to help you to achieve your health goals.


When you do anything that makes your body feel deprived and unwell, I wouldn't recommend it. Sometimes it's just in the mind that we think that because someone recommended a fasting "trend" then you should try it!


All diets and trends are never long term. Why do you think that is? There is a reason! I understand you want results, but don't you also not want to damage your body and health?! Stop adding to illness!


Intermittent fasting can make you feel sick e.g. constipation, cramps, headaches, mood swings, crankiness. It's unpleasant and unsustainable and sometimes can lead to worse health outcomes. It's unbearable fasting since you limit your intake and abstain from calories. There is a much easier and better way to achieve your health goals! Lifestyle changes work. Eat to reach your health goals with me! Get sustainable long term results. EAT!
